Is there anything more important than that to describe this do?
You can get a similar look with sponge rollers, but I do this when:
I haven't planned ahead the night before and we have to go somewhere nice,
or when my daughter went to bed with wet hair and woke up with a million kinks and cowlicks.
As soon as you curl it, all those are gone.
You just need a skinny curling iron, some hairspray, and a brush. It takes about 15 minutes.
